Business coaching is efficient and effective, for you and me
- We meet via telephone or web-based conferencing – audio or video. We meet wherever you are, in the office, on the road.
- Work sessions typically last between 45 minutes and an hour. Usually once a week, though every other week works too.
- Review detailed information as required via spreadsheets and other documents viewed simultaneously over the web.
- Work sessions begin with today’s challenges and conclude with two or three specific tasks to drive your business forward.
- My role is to:
- listen and understand how you learn and think, then work with you in the most productive manner.
- learn your business, products, services, markets, customers, suppliers, staff, processes and procedures.
- ask you lots of questions that help you develop the best answers.
- challenge you to get to the bottom of the issues.
- introduce new ideas, approaches, practices that are applicable to you. Turn these into learn by doing experiences.
- work with you to build specific tasks that you will accomplish to drive your business forward.
- make sure that you run the business by the numbers and regularly review key performance indicators.
- share my experiences and stories that illuminate a problem, or sometimes just because they are good stories.
- Your role is to:
- be fully present and involved during the work session, be forthcoming about the facts of your business and the challenges.
- engage with me in a friendly but focused analysis.
- get ready to feel uncomfortable at least a couple times each work session. You will find yourself saying difficult things out loud, but safely between the two of us.
- put new approaches and practices for running your business into action and test the results. Learn by doing.
- be self-accountable for your own contributions to your business.
- see your personal and business results improve quickly and continuously.
- have fun and laugh a bit, exchange stories about life and business, enjoy the conversation.
